Unfortunately, it is also common for these porches to present some problems of lifting or sinking and most of the time it is due to causes especially in order or poorly built structures, over time, the ground under the porch can compact or shift, causing the structure to sink.

Carry out a concrete lifting and leveling process. This procedure allows existing concrete to be lifted without demolishing it, saving time and money. As shown in the photo, small holes are drilled into the concrete.
